Who sells the paid product
The trader identity and contact details displayed at checkout and on the payment receipt identify the seller and form part of these terms.
What the planner does
LeaveAlchemy suggests annual-leave windows using your selected work pattern, allowance and UK bank holidays. It is a planning aid, not employment, legal or travel advice.
Check before booking
Bank holidays and contractual leave rules can differ. Your employer must still approve leave. Confirm dates, workplace cover and travel arrangements before spending money. We are not responsible for rejected leave requests or travel booked before approval.
Exact-date plan
The exact-date plan is digital content supplied for the one-off price shown at checkout. It includes personalised dates within your selected planning window, a calendar export and a manager-request template on the device used to unlock it. It is not a subscription.
Immediate digital supply
Where checkout asks you to request immediate supply and acknowledge the effect on cancellation rights, access begins as soon as payment completes. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if the digital content is faulty or not as described.
Fair use
You may use exports for your own personal planning. Do not resell the service, interfere with it, scrape it at scale or present its output as guaranteed employer approval.
Changes
The planner, supported dates and these terms may be updated. The version shown when you purchase applies to that transaction.
